The compact floor plate, limited FSI allowance, construction already en route, were a few of the many challenges inherited by DesignWorkPortfolio, while mobilising on the façade enhancement of this prestigious project in Vashi. Accentuating the overall mass, dummy columns were proposed along the double volume terraces of every alternate floor, to give the illusion of a much larger enclosed floor. A dark solid lift core, enveloped by the pristine white façade and timber beam embellishments, emphasised the balance in entirety of this tower.
