Commissioned to be a part of the NORR Group Consultants team to execute the project management of the interior design component of the hotel, our task was to ensure the project is executed within a stipulated time frame coordinating global procurement within the project plan. Value Engineering was also a major challenge instigating a procurement strategy of buying from alternative country of origin whilst not compromising on quality.
