Initiating from Contractor prequalification, tender issue, evaluation and award through site management and cost  management,  until the final hand over of the site, this was a fast track interior project management project which also involved arbitration management due to non conformity of the contractor and final settlements appeasing both parties. DesignworkPortfolio played a major role in ensuring the project closure was achieved in all fairness in accordance to the industry norms and as per the contract between the client and the contractor.
