Situated in the 22nd district of Tehran, with 150,000 sq mts of built up area consisting of 13,000 sq mt hypermarket, 500 shops, 20 restaurants and F & B outlets, 7,000 sq mts of entertainment and amusement centre, state of the art cinemas and amphitheatres,   this mall is projected to be the second largest in the city.

Design Work Portfolio’s scope was façade enhancement and  interior  of the mall together with the owner’s residence block.

The original façade design being very flamboyant, the design team’s aim was to contain the glamour while also presenting it with a touch of elegance. Vertical tones on tones GRP cladding, embracing interspaced glass façade, tones down the magnanimous massing of the structure  welcoming its guests to the wonder within.
