As the name suggests this development is overlooking a 56 acre scenic lake, in the Durg district of Chhattisgarh. It is envisioned to be a mixed use community which combines the needs of accessible greens, arcades, activity pockets, pools and play area, necessarily all ingredients required for a gated community living.

The complete design is based on the principles of Vaastu Shastra, a traditional Hindu system of architecture intended to integrate architecture with nature, the relative functions of various parts of the structure, and ancient beliefs utilizing geometric patterns, symmetry, and directional alignments.
