Design and site execution running simultaneously, as project managers on this project we are challenged with real time micro management to ensure the phased out design  packages from all disciplines and the contractors progress on site is coordinated and executed within the stipulated time frame and at a cost which collectively will befit the clients overall forecasted budget and project timeline at completion.
