Design Work Portfolio’s mandate as project managers for interior design and fit out works was to ensure that the project was well coordinated through the challenges of value engineering , revision and incorporation of design as the work progressed on site simultaneously , support procurement, respond to RFI’s, issue site instructions after site inspections, review shop drawings, issue Engineer’s instructions and recommend  variation order approval to client.
