This extremely innovative and iconic residential building is being designed both architecturally and internally in accordance with the precepts of Vaastu Shastra.

Using this traditional Indian architecture and design system, our team has proposed that  the five globes in the structure represent the five elements of Bhumi (Earth), Jala (Water), Vayu (Air), Agni (Fire) and Akasha (Space).

With several members of our design team being well versed in these precepts, the space planning and concepts phases of the brief were followed implicitly.

This has resulted in  a very unique and contemporary design rooted in strong tradition.
