The only triangular plot on the Pearl Jumeirah Islands, this residence commanded an individualistic  exemplified planning to ensure all rooms in the house were rectangular and spacious as desired by the client. The neo classical approach to the architectural façade emerges as a prominent feature in this villa giving a glimpse of the panache and charisma  of the clients lifestyle.
