PEARL JUMEIRAH RESIDENCE

Proposed to be built on the reclaimed Pearl Jumeirah Islands, the client, a UAE born Indian expat envisioned his home to be bright and open  concurrently respecting the cultural fabric of the Middle Eastern World and ensuring privacy is upheld. DesignWorkPortfolio achieved this brief by partially  enveloping the façade of   this 5 bedroom villa in louvers, thereupon allowing natural light into the house in abundance and also ensuring  limited vision.
