The bold façade of this shopping mall captures the strength of the Sudanese grasslands – the firm grandiosity of the African elephant, in contrast with freshness of the white Nile. Ease and simplicity of execution  was the prime criteria in developing this architecture with a selection of locally available natural materials and extensive precast technology to minimalize on site  handling and securing utmost quality control.

The triple volume interior atrium neutralizes the cubism of the architecture with its laced skylight showering the central lobby with a playful light and shadow dance. Complementing this theatre, an integrated AVIT display projects birds wallowing in the skylight.
