Design Work Portfolio is appointed on this project to initiate a feasibility study to increase foot fall and occupancy in this hotel, plan the consequent refurb, project manage the execution from tender issue, appointment of contractors, supervision on site, FFE procurement, cost analysis and management until final project closure.
