This refurbishment of an existing hotel  property while it is still in operation was an exercise executed with exacting strategy and phasing at all times.

Material transportation to the higher floors not disturbing the hotel guests through largely BOH access and noise cancellation were some of the key challenges managed by the projects team during the delivery of this project.
