Two brands in a single development with common public spaces, brand segregation initiating only from the respective lift lobbies, this project is inspired by the oxymoronic presence of the desert rose selenite and desert succulents whereby both adorn the barren Arabian landscape, one retaining water and the other thriving without it.

The space programme for this development consisted of lobby, lobby lounge including lounge seating, media pods, The market, communal table, day and night juice bar, 440 pax ballroom with pre function, meeting rooms,  ADD (345 pax) with   courtyard dining, speciality restaurant, separate male and female fitness centres, indoor covered pool  and other public amenities in addition to the 260 guest rooms in MCY and 71 suites in MRI.
