This 26-storey, three-star King Fahd Road hotel project in Riyadh has 96 rooms and suites, an all-day restaurant, indoor/outdoor café, three meeting rooms and a health club.

The building   façade has been conceived to reflect a soft balance between  the cultural canvas of KSA and a contemporary high rise, befitting the staggering skyline of King Fahad road.

The building floor plate being very compact, the overall planning reflects a sensitive use of space to accommodate an efficient harmony between the FOH and the BOH utilities.
