The ever developing IT Park, at the SEZ at MIHAN (Multi-modal International Cargo Hub and Airport at Nagpur) necessitated the need of a high end luxurious  residential estate, offering a resort serenity to its residents.

Stipulated by this demand, this precinct is located in a lush parkland and garden setting, interspersed with fresh waterways and wide landscaped areas.

Design Work Portfolio was appointed for the architectural, façade and interior design consultancy services of phase 1 which included 4 villa types, plot sizes ranging from 300 to 900 sq yards. Ease of execution, and a quick turn around on site demanded simple lines in design to appease a pre cast construction methodology.   Emphasis was made on vertical lines in the massing to echo the opulent grandiose of the estate.
